I'll be travelling to Zambia. If you've been there do you have any advice?

It's a missions trip for our church for AIDS Orphans. We'll be in a large compound and very busy. I'm most concerned about what to take along for the insects etc. I'm hoping to get a couple of days at a game reserve.

Mefloquin for malaria. Deet for mosquitos.

Neither will keep you from getting it. But if you do get Malaria it won' be so bad. If you do not take anything you can be very very ill.

Go to Livingston for the game reserve. It's worth the expense and the trip.....You'll never forget it.
